Taking a payment

In the Select Account page, once you have found the student/customer you wish to take a payment for, use the Show Details button adjacent to the student’s/customer’s record to display the Current Items page (you only found one account you may already be in the Current Items page):

This page will display unallocated invoices or unmatched credit notes associated with the selected student/customer.

From here you can either:

      take a payment for a specific invoice (See Pay a specific Invoice),

or

      take a payment on account, i.e. a payment against an individual student/customer not an invoice, using the Pay on Account option (See Pay on Account).

 

Note Pencil Notes:

      Any payments pending will not be displayed.
