Sponsors are able to make payments for selected students or for their own account, depending on how the Institution sets up sponsors. They may be able to pay invoices or pay on account.
Sponsors must register directly through the Web Payments application; see Register as a sponsor for details.
Logging in as a sponsor you will be presented with the Current Items page or the Select Account page.
As a sponsor you can:
From the Current Items page:
• View your address details using the View Address Details option. This displays the Customer Details page.
• Change any of your login or security details using the Change Security Details option.
• View any previous payments you have made using the Previous Payments option.
• View all the outstanding transactions, using the View Statement option.
• Make payments on account for yourself, using the Pay on Account option.
From the Select Account page:
• View any outstanding transactions for all your students on the Current Items page, using the Show All Outstanding option.
• View any of your address details using the View Address Details option. This displays the Customer Details page.
• Change any of your login or security details using the Change Security Details option.
• Make a sundry payment, using the Sundry Payments option; see Taking a sundry payment for details. This option will only be available if the Institution has a sundry account set up.
• Search for a student you wish to make a payment for; see Searching for a student/customer for details. You may see a full list of all students linked to you as a sponsor; therefore you can select a student from the list instead.
• Make payments on account for a student using the Pay on Account option; or use the Show Details option for the required student and then use the Pay on Account option on the Current Items page.
• Make payments against any outstanding invoices for a specific student using the Show Details option for the required student; see Pay a specific Invoice for further details.
